Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of fetchsmith.com and its API (the "Service"). By purchasing credits or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

FetchSmith provides software tools that retrieve publicly accessible web data and return it in structured form. Results are provided as-is; source websites change without notice and we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any result.

2. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid units of usage sold through our merchant of record, Polar.sh, which processes payment and applicable taxes. Credits do not expire, are not transferable, and are consumed per returned result as shown on each tool's page. Failed runs are not charged.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of the websites whose data you retrieve. You must not use the Service to collect personal data for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates applicable data protection law. We may suspend keys used abusively.

4. Your data

Inputs and outputs of your runs are processed to deliver the Service and may be retained briefly for debugging. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Changes
