Refund Policy

If a credit pack is unused, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If credits were partially used, we refund the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. If a tool returned clearly wrong data, tell us within 7 days and we will re-credit the run. Email support@fetchsmith.com with your order ID; refunds are issued through Polar.sh to the original payment method within 5 business days.
