Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you buy credits, our payment provider Polar.sh collects your email and payment details; we receive your email address and order details to deliver your API key. When you use the API we log the tool called, result counts, timestamps and your key. Our website records page paths and referrers without cookies and without identifying you. To count visitors and filter out automated crawlers, we store a short one-way token derived from your IP address and browser user-agent; it is salted, cannot be reversed back to your IP, changes every day, and is never shared.

What we don't do. We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or set tracking cookies.

Retention. Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as required for accounting. Run inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for debugging.

Processors. Polar.sh (payments), Apify (tool execution), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS), Akamai/Linode (hosting).

Your rights. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@fetchsmith.com.
